A plan is specifically designed for each property. the owner is advised regarding rent amounts based on research, not a formula. Improvements may or may not be necessary. Suggestions are giving to the owners to help prepare the home for the best possible results and showing. An advertising approach is discussed in regard to where, when, and how to utilize the best media for your home. LEASING Prospective tenants are met personally and shown the property. A complete background check, credit report, reference and employment check are done.
